Book Review: Holly Jolly Jimmy by Adam Beechen

Today’s holiday book review is Holly Jolly Jimmy by Adam Beechen. Here’s what it’s about:

It’s Christmas Eve in Retroville, but Jimmy Neutron is not in a jolly mood. The boy genius is on a mission — to convince his friends Carl and Sheen that there is no Santa Claus. To do that, however, they have to take a trip to the North Pole. when they get there, Jimmy and his friends discover a winter wonderland filled with elves, toys, and…Santa? Jimmy still doesn’t believe that Santa Claus is real, but when he and his friends run into some trouble in his rocket ship, who will come to Jimmy’s rescue? Find out in this holly jolly Christmas story?

If you love Jimmy Neutron, you’ll love this book. I’m assuming it was done as a cartoon first. A good story with all the regular characters, I can see myself reading this one over and over again to my sons when they were young.

My Grade: B-
